E-Mail Management Tool

If an e-mail message or attachment is larger than 1-2 MB (1-2 Million Bytes) and you are unable to retrieve it, you will need to permanently delete the message from our mail server so that any other messages you have waiting on our mail server can be retrieved.

Our e-mail management tool lets you view the file size and sender information of each of your messages waiting on our mail server (not the actual message itself). You then have the option to delete any message you choose; however, you will not be able to read the message before you delete it.

Please note: Unlike the mail client software on your personal computer, once you delete a message from our mail server, it is permanently deleted from the system and you cannot recover the message later.
