ISDN Hardware Support
Given the growth of ISDN equipment options available today, the following list defines our hardware support levels. Please note that these are just the products that have been tested in our lab. Other equipment may be compatible with our network, however we do not offer technical support on them at this time.- Full Support
Equipment has been tested in our ISDN lab and is compatible with our service. Our Technical Analysts have been fully trained on the product and we have complete documentation available. We support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to the point where the customer can dial in to the Internet at ISDN speeds. We support firmware revision updates and firmware diagnostics. - Minimum Support
Equipment has been tested in our ISDN lab and is compatible with our service. We provide basic configuration information via our Web site, and also list current vendor contact information.

1 The Windows 95 US Robotics Sportster 128K drivers are incompatible with Netscape's Personal Edition registration software. To use the Sportster you must register using another modem or terminal adapter.
Note: We do not support questions on ISDN functions not related to Internet access (i.e. voice, video conferencing). If a problem is isolated to the ISDN line, the customer will be referred to Pacific Bell ISDN Service Center. ISDN bridge/router products (i.e. Cisco 1003, Ascend Pipeline products, and Combinet 2060) are only supported when used withour LAN ISDN service.
