Home Pack ISDN

Home Pack, Pacific Bell's one-stop ISDN solution, includes a self-configuring 3Com ImpactIQ, a Pacific Bell Internet Services account and easy ordering of your ISDN line. To order Home Pack, follow these steps:

1. Confirm that ISDN is available in your area by calling 1-800-704-INFO (4636). The automated system will inform you if ISDN is available in your location. Or you can call the ISDN Service Center at 1-800-4PB-ISDN (472-4736) Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

2. Confirm your system requirements and the local availability of our dial-in access numbers.

3. Contact the ISDN Service Center at 1-800-4PB-ISDN (472-4736) and select the Home Pack option to place your order.
