(4) The first 200 hours of off-peak local usage (from 5:00pm to 8:00am
Monday-Friday, on weekends and holidays) is free, each month.
(5) This pricing is a limited-time offer and excludes shippling, handling
and taxes. Rebate is funded and paid for by switching equipment
manufacturers unaffiliated with Pacific Bell.
