Usage
Usage is the amount of time you are connected to the Internet using your Pacific Bell Internet Services dial-up account. This includes time you use your dial-up account to access the World Wide Web, check e-mail, including Extra E-mail Boxes, or work on Personal Home Pages. However, usage is not applicable when you are performing these activities from a dedicated connection such as DSL Internet Access. The good news is there are ways to read and write e-mail and work on Personal Home Pages without being connected to the Internet the whole time. Please refer to the Netscape Help pages for more information. With our online billing tool, you can view your Pacific Bell Internet dial-up account billing and usage details 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
