DSL Internet Access Support Parameters - Basic Service
As part of our commitment to the quality of your DSL Internet service, the following support is available for systems that meet our CPE System Requirements:
- Verification that the following are functioning normally or are correct
- Your DSL Internet and analog connection
- The PBI network and services
- The PBI browser software and settings (mail, news and homepage)
For Personal Home Pages only email and online support are available.
PBI will NOT support any software and/or equipment that departs from our CPE System Requirements including:
- LAN equipment and/or Windows NT configured for LAN operation.
- Customer owned equipment setup and ongoing support
